Student Status
Our community co-op houses are available to both students and non-students. 

Income Limit
Spots in our off-campus co-ops are available to low income individuals. All members must earn less than 120% of the Very Low Household Income Limit for Yolo County ($44,440 for an individual as of 2022) as set for the county by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Low income status is determined based on the household’s most recent annual income statement (e.g., tax return or other appropriate document). Certain types of income are exempted (for example, gifts, scholarships, foster care payments): see the county welfare tax exemption Statement of Family Household Income form for a list of exempted types of income (or for a complete listing of income and deductions, see the Department of Housing and Community Development Regulations, section 6914).

Accessibility
Corner Co-op is fully ADA accessible. 
J Street has stairs to enter the house.

The Domes

Student Status
You must be a full time (12+ units) student at UC Davis to be eligible to live at The Domes. Exemptions can be made for PELP, Graduating Seniors, Students with Disabilities, and Summer Affiliates.  

Accessibility
Dome #8 is fully ADA accessible.
Dome #7 (common space / SCHA main office) is ADA accessible.
One accessible off-street parking space.

Tri Co-ops (DSC, Pierce, Ag Effort)

Student Status
You must be a full time (12+ units) student at UC Davis to be eligible to live at the Tri Co-ops. Exemptions can be made for PELP, Graduating Seniors, Students with Disabilities, and Summer Affiliates.  

Accessibility
DSC’s downstairs is fully accessible. 
Pierce and Ag have stairs to enter the house.
